Interesting

Does she look so grown up or what?!?!

I have a quilting book that I just found .. it is VERY interesting. Its called the "Underground Railroad Sampler" http://www.planetpatchwork.com/QIADUGR.HTM

It is such an interesting book. My favorite one is the Bears Claw. This symbol was to help prepare the slaves for their journey. The "runaways" were directed to follow the bears paw prints because it would lead them to food, water and shelter. There is much more info to it but I only have time to do a little bit. Got a screaming baby and two kids, well actually 3 that need to go down for a nap. =)
