As most of you know the time for us to PCS has come again. I am nervous wreck about this. I hate moving. I hate leaving my friends, and especially my church family. I don't make friends easy, and because I am so shy people think I am snotty and don't even want to get to know me. I know this about me, but it doesn't help me get over my "shyness". I am not good at making friends, AT ALL. I am stressed about everything, especially Jarred going back to deploying. And it will be a ship, which means 6 months at a time. Yuck yuck yuck. I am nervous for James, having to start all over at a new school. I guess it would be different if he were in 1st grade or something higher, he would know what to expect, but starting in one school and then having to learn everything over at a new school (new friends, new teachers, new schedule etc) I think its going to be hard on him. I know everything will be fine, and I am probably making a big deal out of something that needn't be. But that's me. =) Please pray for us!!!!
And I don't like the blog right now!! Its not letting me add any pictures or comment on anyone's blog. I guess I have to check up the pop up settings .. gotta love technology!!! =D

Remember When ..
I can't remember the last time I wrote a blog. I remember when I would look forward to blogging. Now all the sudden .. I have no desire too. Maybe its not, "no desire" more like, "no time". But I thought I would update my blog with the "going's on" in the Hutton house.
James has started kindergarten. He LOVES it and has so much fun. He has made friends there and there is this girl who is constantly hitting him (playing around hitting him). Jarred tells me she must have a crush on him.
Julie LOVES to draw and is drawing some great pictures. She draws something and you can actually see it, or its so good she doesn't need to tell you what it is. My favorite drawing so far is when she drew James and Joce falling down. (The day they both fell down she drew it). I guess she is the artist in our family!!! (Minus Jarred of course) =)
Joce is definitely a little girly girl!!! She marches to her own drum, loves to cuddle with mom or dad and loves loves loves watching everything. We are currently potty training her again since she lost it while down in Texas. That has been a battle in a half.
Jarred and I are doing great. Jarred is getting stationed to Mayport, Florida come the end of this year. The kids and I will be going to Florida beginning of September. We will be leaving Colorado early early morning Sept 4 and should be in Florida on the 6th. My parents are coming down and will be driving with us (my dad is actually renting a uhaul sort of thing) and I will have the dogs with me in the outlook. Jarred will join us a little or a lot later. (Depends on if they are going to send him to school or not). I actually have a job waiting for me down in Florida which is one reason we are going down before Jarred. So I am pretty excited to start working again. =)
We have somehow gotten another dog. =) She was going to be just a foster dog, but after having her, for not even a day!!!! we have all fallen in love with her and her wonderful personality. She is definitely such fun to have!! Especially when she becomes playful!!! (which for some reason is when we put her on the bed to go night night!!! and also in the morning at 430!!!!). Vader and Victoria are doing great. Gabi actually lived with Victoria before us so they are at home with each other. Vader likes her, just getting used to her. She was called "Baby" but we decided to change her name since we call each other baby, and its just kind of weird calling a dog our "pet names" for each other. lol .. but Gabi means "Night" in Filipino. We wanted to call her, "Black as Night" in some other language, but to be honest, its a mouth full for one, and you can't really call her that without being "PC". So we just called her Gabi. =) She definitely LOVES adults and has already taken to our family like she has been with us forever. (She already avoids the kids!! HAHAHA).

Yikes
I can't believe it has been so long!!!!
We leave tomorrow night for Texas!!! I am so excited. Even though this time we are staying just a day I still get to see my family in Pleasanton.
- Seeing Sarah, FINALLY!!!
- Spending time with Jackie and Robert
- Giving Chiefy Boy a treat
- Smelling the tack room
- Seeing Corrina and seeing how much Isabel has grown!!!
- Seeing Jade-E Girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Feeling the Texas heat
- Seeing bluebonnets
- Seeing my Pleasanton Family
- Seeing Amy, Darla and Alice
- Getting to hug everyone
- Feeling like I belong
Plus much more. But you get the idea.
I can't wait!!! Its a lot to fit into one day BUT my first priority (after seeing Jackie and Robert of course) is to go see Jade-E Girl. I REALLY want to see her and give her a huge hug!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait. I can't wait, I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did I mention I can't wait? =)

Where oh where have I been?

Wow!!! I realized I haven't actually blogged in a while!!! Let's see ..
Vader, Yoda and Chewie are doing good. Annoying, but good!! lol
I finally went to the doctors after having a cough for two weeks and turns out I have a severe case of bronchitis. So now I am on meds and hopefully back to being myself and no longer coughing up a lung!!
Kids are doing great. Joce is still working on potty training. We are at the stage where she understands she needs to pee but when I put her in big girls undies she doesn't make it. Oh well. Takes time right? James is almost done with pre-k. Thursday is his last day. =( He will be very sad. Then .. I can't believe it .. we will have a kindergarten-er!!! I can't believe it. I remember the day I found out we were pregnant with him!!! Where has the time gone?!?!! When they say the years go by in a blink of an eye .. they aren't joking!!! Julie is still being Julie. Ms. Drama Queen!!! =) But we wouldn't expect anything less from her. Hehe
Jarred and I had a great weekend. Spent Saturday celebrating our 6 year anniversary (I still can't believe its been 6 years since we have been married!!!!). We went to the movies to see "Date Night" and I couldn't believe it but we were THE ONLY ONES IN THE THEATRE!!!! Not sure if it was because it was a matinee or what. But we loved it!!!! Then we went to On the Border for an early dinner. Jarred ordered me a Long Island Iced Tea (which I had never had before) and I guess you can tell just how much I drink. That one glass knocked me out for 5 hours. Hahaha .. sad. Jarred calls me a cheap date. =) Then Sunday we stayed home from church (again, unfortunately because I didn't know what I had and I don't want to pass it around) and had a lazy Sunday celebrating Mother's Day. (Although initially Julie told me happy birthday .. hehe). Kids went to bed at 630 because they kept fighting and Jarred and I watched a movie and ate angel food cake. It was a GREAT weekend!!!
Well the kids are quiet .. which is SCARY. =)

The Shack
Just got done reading The Shack. Holy cow .. makes you think. I love how the author makes God someone who looks nothing like how we as humans picture God. Jarred has always said that we as humans try to put God in a box. We try to understand Him and why He does things the way He does. But we can't. We can only think inside a box where as God created the box therefore is way beyond our means of understanding. I really love how this book explained that. It (I don't want to say answer because we really don't know why God does things the way He does but it sure does make sense to me!!! But for lack of a better word) answers why God lets bad things happens. Why He doesn't interfere with our choices but instead He can use bad choices for something good. (Strenthening our relationship with Him) I am not going to say I agree 100% with the book (There is one part I would like to ask opinions about because I just honestly can't wrap my head around it) but it definitely gives you something to think about. It has also helped my relationship with Him. Great book!!!

Grooms (sequel to Brides, which I read a year ago)
I finished Grooms last night and now I am not sure what I am going to start reading. Robert and Jackie bought us "The Shack" so I think I will start that one sometime today.
All of these books are EXCELLENT books. I highly highly recommend Lone Survivor. Its a GREAT read. If you are looking for something in depth and involves a lot of thinking and analyzing, Atlas Shrugged.
Plum Series by Janet Evanovich is another excellent series. That was the second time I read them (most of them).
